Ninja's Program - Age 3 - 5years oldSessions are taught in a fun environment and introduce the basic motor skills and techniques in marital arts. Students will develop key functions (listening, co-ordination, balance, communication) to aid their martial arts development as well as discipline, social interaction, confidence and respect above all Fun.
The kickboxing program is structured with regular gradings for progression. Here, students are inspired to be fit, healthy, dedicated and confident with an emphasis on good work ethic, team building exercises and anti-bullying awareness. Students are encouraged to grade and take part in regular inter club competitions.
K1 kickboxing is a fast, dynamic and effective martial art. Famed for its invaluable stand up techniques - boxing, kicking, kneeing as well as a multitude of defence techniques makes this an exciting, effective and general feel good marital art. TMAS has produced many champions in this style as well as many black belts. Classes are structured to develop technique, fitness, strength, agility & confidence and is open to everyone regardless of age, fitness, health or gender.
Combining kickboxing techniques, heart pumping cardio and core strengthening exercises, this ladies session is guaranteed to burn calories, tone your entire body and leave you feeling completely energised! It is a fast paced workout involves circuit training warm ups, focus pad and bag work drills using specific combinations to improve your technique. It targets your arms, shoulders, abs, thighs and butt and is an amazing stress reliever too.
From novice to the more experienced, we work fundamentally sound and relevant techniques based on Brazilian Ju Jitsu as well as covering wrestling and other ground disciplines. We also drill stand up attack & counter attacks to take down skills for all levels so whether you are looking to start our or get more experience and need a group to drill with, this is for you.
This class is designed to teach professional boxing and self defence skills. You will gain strength, hand-eye co-ordination, endurance and confidence through bag work, shadow boxing and footwork.
The S&C circuit concentrates on a total body workout with emphasis on cardiovascular fitness and weight training. It is excellent for losing fat, toning, increasing muscle mass and improving overall fitness taking your training to the next level.
This class focuses on improving technique as well as becoming fighting fit. Lessons include pad work, bag work, circuit training & sparring. It is a great class to burn calories and release stress.
Focusing mainly on self defence, this class improves strength & cardiovascular fitness by mixing pad work and continuous exercises. One to one partner work enables you to learning new skills, drill technique and build your fitness.
Technical & practical session for kids wanting to improve their fighting skills for competition. Only students who are currently training in the kids classes are invited to attend this class.
